Once a relationship is established, we are committed to working closely with our clients on an ongoing basis. Through dedicated research capabilities and an in-depth understanding of our client's business and strategic objectives, we are able to generate attractive acquisition ideas and opportunities. Additionally we have an extensive network of advisor contacts, which provides us with access to potential targets who may be considering a disposal. Once a target, or number of targets, have been identified and agreed, we are experienced at unlocking such opportunities, often on an exclusive basis from the outset.

We work with our clients in assessing acquisition opportunities and provide valuable services, including valuation, deal structuring and bid tactics, taking into account not only the commercial benefits of the proposed transaction but also our assessment of the personalities involved.

Should external funding be required to complete the transaction, we will use our experience and extensive relationships with UK debt and equity providers to assist our clients in securing the right package. Our strong relationships with the UK’s leading financiers enables us to identify creative and appropriate funding solutions for a wide range of differing objectives.
