Anne-Marie Harding

Anne-Marie joined Begbies as a founding member of the Northern Home Counties team in 2018 and is based in the Milton Keynes’ office. Since joining she has established herself as a highly credible Insolvency Manager, leading on all aspects of formal insolvency cases to include administrations, liquidations, CVAs and bankruptcy.

With ten years’ experience in the industry, Anne-Marie brings a wealth of knowledge, commerciality and practical skills to the team.

Highlights to date have included:

• Identifying an alternative acquirer for a £10m e-commerce business that resulted in an anticipated full return to secured creditors, through an insolvency process;
• Completing pre-packaged sale of a five-site regional firm, resulting in the rescue of jobs, repayment in full of secured and preferential creditors and a healthy return to unsecured creditors;
• Trading a coach tour operator which ensured holidays continued to be run and enabled the sale of the business and assets and the rescue of jobs; and
• Conducting the trading of a local business in administration to facilitate a rescue of the company as a going concern.
