Clive Fortis

Clive is a certified chartered accountant with 25 years of insolvency experience covering a wide scope of matters, from acting in an advisory role, leading personal and corporate insolvency and trading insolvencies. Clive has recently taken up the role as Director in Guernsey having recently worked in Bermuda, where amongst other assignments he acted as joint liquidator of Hong Kong / Chinese based businesses.

As well as undertaking investigations into directors’ fiduciary duties, preferences or avoidance claims and pursuing litigations where appropriate Clive’s experience also includes tracking and taking steps to recover assets in such jurisdictions as the Middle East and China. He appreciates strong client relationships and the need to act in a seamless and cost-effective manner. His objective is always to deliver the best solution to clients who are in financial strain or have been the target of fraud.

Clive is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants.
