Darren Ellis

Darren is a senior manager with a wealth of experience in all types of corporate and personal insolvency procedures including administrations, solvent and insolvent liquidations, bankruptcies and voluntary arrangements. He has significant experience in advising directors, individuals and other key stakeholders through the complexities of formal insolvency engagements, as well as undertaking advisory work and business reviews for companies and individuals in distressed situations.

His experience covers a wide range of sectors including construction, retail, leisure, healthcare and financial services. His portfolio includes the trading administration of an EFL member football club, the handling of a complex sale of a group of elderly care residential homes and the administration of a social networking music site in multiple jurisdictions.

Darren became a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner having passed the JIEB qualification in 2016 and is also a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA). 

In his spare time, Darren’s hobbies include football, golf, running and general fitness activities, including regular visits to the gym.
