Jeremy Karr

Jeremy is a Partner based in our London office. He was previously a director of the boutique insolvency practice Ian Franses Associates which the firm acquired in 2014. Since  joining, Jeremy has built on those established foundations, securing partnership and leading the London West insolvency and restructuring team and its varied client base through the challenges of Brexit, covid and the Ukraine/Russia conflict.

He has over 30 years insolvency and restructuring experience, dealing with formal and informal solvent and insolvent corporate processes, alongside personal insolvency matters. This experience has enabled Jeremy to calmly guide clients, often in challenging high stress circumstances, and always with a view to maximising the outcome for stakeholders
