Paul Austin

Paul joined Begbies Traynor in 1999. Operating initially out of the Preston Office, he later established our office in Chester in October 2001. Prior to this, Paul had been involved in the insolvency industry since the advent of the Insolvency Act in 1986 as a private partner/consultant.

Paul had previously been involved in the financial services industry, at company secretary and director of services level.

As well as finalising Compulsory and Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations, Paul’s brief includes business development across the Chester and North Wales Region, thereby utilising over 35 years’ experience in the insolvency, rescue and recovery culture.
