Steve Hawkins joined Eddisons as a Partner in 2019, following Eddisons acquisition of Barker Storey Matthews where Steve was Managing Director. Steve has nearly 40 years’ experience in the commercial property and is particularly active in the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire markets but with additional investment experience on a regional and national basis and now leads the Eddisons Agency teams.

Steve provides investment, development and agency advice including acquisitions, disposals and asset management for a wide variety of pension and investment funds, property companies and high net worth individuals.
